Cookie Policy
Last updated July 28, 2026This page lists every cookie Craftume can set. We keep this list short on purpose — we don't use tracking pixels, fingerprinting, or third-party ad cookies unless explicitly noted below.
Cookies we always set
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
anon_id |
Lets a resume you build without an account be found and edited again in the same browser. Contains only a random identifier, never personal data. | ~400 days |
laravel_session |
Standard session cookie — keeps you signed in if you have an account, and supports basic site functionality (like form submissions) either way. | Session (cleared when the browser closes, or on logout) |
XSRF-TOKEN |
A security cookie that protects forms on this site from cross-site request forgery. Purely technical, contains no personal data. | Session |
Cookies that only exist if analytics is enabled
Craftume ships with the ability to enable Google Analytics, configured from the admin settings panel — it is off by default. If the site owner turns it on, Google Analytics sets its own cookies (typically _ga and _ga_*) to distinguish visitors and measure site usage. These are controlled by Google, not by us directly; see Google's own documentation for exactly what they store and for how long.
Managing cookies
Every browser lets you view, delete, or block cookies from its settings. Blocking the anon_id cookie specifically means a resume you build without an account won't be reachable again after you close the tab — building with an account avoids that entirely, since your resumes are tied to your login instead.
