Your resume, your content

Every resume built with Craftume is authored by you. We don't write, edit, or verify the accuracy of anything you type or upload. You're responsible for making sure your resume is truthful and accurately represents your background — we have no way to check that, and we don't try to.

No outcome guarantees

Nothing on this site — the templates, the ATS Resume Scanner, the Resume Checker, or any other tool — guarantees an interview, a job offer, or any specific hiring outcome. These tools are aids for presenting your existing experience more clearly; they cannot change what employers decide.

"ATS-compatible" means structurally readable, not universally guaranteed

When we describe a template as ATS-compatible, we mean its structure (no text embedded in images, no layout tricks that scramble when parsed, standard section ordering) is built to be readable by the applicant-tracking software most employers use. Because there is no single ATS standard and every company configures its own system differently, we cannot guarantee how any specific ATS will parse any specific resume. The ATS Resume Scanner's keyword-match score is a rule-based estimate of overlap with a job description, not a prediction of how a real ATS will score your resume.

Tools are rule-based, not professional advice

The suggestions from the Resume Checker, ATS Scanner, and content libraries (skills, action verbs, headlines, summaries) come from fixed, deterministic rules — not a career counselor, recruiter, or legal professional. They're a starting point for editing your own resume, not a substitute for professional career or legal advice.
